Sluice Data provides a hosted AI data-engineering platform that connects to data sources you authorise and builds data pipelines. We may update features over time; we will not materially reduce a paid plan's core capability without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any data source you point the platform at.
You retain all rights to your data. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the service for you (connect, process, and write to your storage). We do not sell your data or use your source data to train models.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Do not use the service to process data you are not authorised to use, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
We work to keep the service available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can export your pipelines as code and your data remains in your own storage.
